MidPenn Legal Services provides free legal services in civil cases to low-income residents in Centre and 17 other Pennsylvania Counties. Community success and growth is directly related to an ability to ensure basic needs of our most vulnerable neighbors are met. Through legal advocacy, families in crisis are stabilized.
