TriYoga of Central Pennsylvania

TriYoga of Central Pennsylvania preserves, shares, and promotes the teachings of TriYoga® to foster physical, mental and spiritual growth and healing within a supportive community. We do this by offering yoga classes, private sessions, teacher trainings, and educational and community programs at yoga studios in Boalsburg, Spring Mills, and Bellefonte.
