Pets Come First is a non-euthanasia animal shelter in Centre Hall dedicated to placing homeless animals in forever homes and supporting low cost spay and neuter. PCF relies on donations to operate the shelter, and thanks to supporters were able to place over 450 animals into forever homes in 2016!
