Housing Transitions provides shelter, guidance and hope to Centre County residents facing a housing crisis. Our Centre House homeless shelter is the only shelter in Centre County that is open 24/7 for men, women, and children. Additional services include transitional and permanent supportive housing, housing case management, and homelessness prevention.
